I have tried several different versions of Protein Powders over the years and it’s worthwhile trying them out if they have a small sample pack so you can taste it first.

My number one choice is Sprouted Brown Rice Protein Powder. This is not the best tasting on it’s own, but it is a really good choice in terms of a good protein source and you cannot taste it if you add almond or cocunut milk, berries, ect to it. I would choose Whey as my second choice, only because it can be really great tasting. This is not my favorite way to get protein as it’s derrived from milk, but I found this one brand from New Zealand where the cows do not have hormones added. I have tried the Vanilla and loved it. I have tried Hemp protein and it tasted like I added sand to my shake. Although I am a big fan of Hemp, I do not like the taste of the protein powder. I also do not like Soy Protein as a powder, a lot of people are sensative to Soy.
