Total Wellness Coaching
You might have noticed that your road to health often starts strong, but soon flags after the initial enthusiasm has dwindled. Perhaps you have started a yoga class or took out a gym membership, only to find that you have stopped going a few months later. Or perhaps you just put back on those 10lbs that you lost last summer. Or perhaps you vowed to eat better only to find your old comforts and habits creeping back in.
Most of us find it easy to start but much difficult to sustain the healthy habits that will sustain our health goals. That’s where a health coach can make all the difference. As your health coach I will work with you to create a personalized plan, setting realistic goals and milestones, help you track your progress, overcome obstacles and will be at your side to celebrate your victories.
Coaching is based on the 8 limbs of Chinese Medicine. We look only at positive changes, what kinds of behaviours you can add that will enhance your life. Coaching may involve 1 or many of these 8 disciplines:

- Feng Shei (the environment)
- I Ching (emotional support)

- Acupuncture
