As your health coach I will work with you to create a personalized plan, setting realistic goals and milestones, help you track your progress, overcome obstacles and will be at your side to celebrate your victories.
Coaching is based on the 8 limbs of Chinese Medicine. We look only at positive changes, what kinds of behaviours you can add that will enhance your life. Coaching may involve 1 or many of these 8 disciplines:
