It really is common sense. Add lemon to flavor your water or herbal tea tinctures and drink after it's cooled. One of my favorite ways to drink water it to add cucumbers to it, really! It is so refreshing, I tried at a spa one time and was hooked. You can get a speacial water container that was a compartment down the middle so you can add and fruit or vegetable, but really who cares if you have several cucumber slices floating around, eat them!
